Pasta Sheet Roller user guide

Bring the taste of fresh pasta into your home with this Pasta Roller and Cutter Set, that attaches directly to your KitchenAid Stand Mixer. The Pasta Roller helps you guide sheets of fresh homemade dough through and get the desired thickness. You can then cut the pasta sheets into thick pappardelle noodles or squares for ravioli or run the sheets through the fettuccine or spaghetticutter for perfectly uniform pasta.
Dry Pasta 7 minutes

Fresh Pasta 2-5 minutes, depending on noodle thickness.
